Sea Passion Yachting provides professional Captain, Crew and Yacht Delivery services in Cyprus, Greece and internationally, with extensive operational experience across the Mediterranean, the Red Sea and the Atlantic coasts of Europe.
We undertake Yacht Deliveries, yacht transportation, Sea Trials, professional Yacht Handling and support for yacht owners, brokers, dealerships and yacht management companies.
Every Yacht Delivery begins with proper planning and one clear objective: the safe and efficient delivery of the yacht while minimising unnecessary risk.
Route planning, weather monitoring, fuel management, navigation, safety procedures and continuous monitoring of the yacht’s essential systems are all part of every voyage.
Our experience goes beyond yacht handling. Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems allows us to identify potential technical issues at an early stage and, where possible, address them before they develop into more serious problems.
Every yacht and every voyage is different. For this reason, each Yacht Delivery is handled individually, with sound judgement, thorough preparation and complete respect for the value of the yacht.

99% of the Yacht Deliveries we undertake are completed within the planned timeframe, without delay and always with safety as the highest priority.
Recording of Every Yacht Delivery
Every Yacht Delivery is recorded throughout the entire route, including the yacht’s actual track and speed, together with photographic and video documentation of the voyage.
The recorded information remains available and can be provided to the owner or company upon request.
Continuous Updates
The owner or company is kept informed throughout the Yacht Delivery, including departure time, voyage progress, current route and arrival at the destination.
Where agreed, updates, photographs and videos from the voyage may also be published through Sea Passion Yachting’s social media channels.

Yacht Delivery Services – Price List
Rates Effective from 1 September 2026
The following rates apply to all new assignments from 1 September 2026 and relate exclusively to professional Captain services for Yacht Delivery.

Captain with Additional Crew Provided by Sea Passion Yachting
The Captain is accompanied by additional crew selected and arranged by Sea Passion Yachting. The cost of the additional crew is charged separately.
Captain without Additional Crew Provided by Sea Passion Yachting
In this case, the owner may participate as a crew member or provide a suitable person of their choice to assist the Captain during the Yacht Delivery.
This person must be able to assist with mooring, unmooring and other necessary duties during the voyage.
This service is priced differently because the Captain assumes additional coordination, supervision and guidance responsibilities for the person performing crew duties, together with increased operational responsibilities throughout the Yacht Delivery.
Any boating licence or previous experience held by the owner or by the person provided by the owner does not alter the Captain’s responsibility for the Yacht Delivery.
Services outside Yacht Delivery, including hourly Captain services, Sea Trials and Yacht Handling Lessons, are quoted separately.
Responsibility and Yacht Handling During the Yacht Delivery
Once a Yacht Delivery is assigned to Sea Passion Yachting and the Captain officially assumes command of the yacht, the Captain has operational responsibility for the safe execution of the voyage.
During entry into and departure from ports and marinas, as well as during mooring and unmooring manoeuvres, the yacht is operated exclusively by the Captain.
The owner, company representative or any other person on board does not assume command of the yacht during the Yacht Delivery unless specifically requested or authorised by the Captain.
Required Documents & Authorisation
Upon confirmation of the assignment, the owner or company must provide all necessary original, valid and up-to-date yacht documentation, together with any required authorisation.
Where required, a valid Power of Attorney (POA) must be issued in the Captain’s name, authorising the Captain to act on behalf of the owner or company in matters relating to the yacht before Port Authorities, Customs and other competent authorities.
Terms & Conditions
The stated rates do not include VAT and relate exclusively to the professional fee of the Captain.
Where additional crew is required, the crew fee is charged separately.
Airfare, transportation, accommodation and meal expenses for the Captain and crew are borne by the owner or the company assigning the Yacht Delivery.
Fuel, marina fees, port charges, customs fees and any other operational expenses relating to the yacht are also borne by the owner or the company assigning the Yacht Delivery.
The Value of Experience
Just as every yacht has its own quality, value and price, so does every Captain.
You cannot compare the value of a 30-metre yacht with that of a 20-metre yacht. They have different values and different prices. In the same way, a Captain should not be evaluated solely on price.
Experience, technical knowledge, professionalism, responsibility and safety all carry their own value. Our rates reflect the level of service and responsibility we undertake.
The choice is yours, depending on the level of experience, technical knowledge and safety you truly require.
